حذف حسابك وبياناتك
ينطبق على تطبيق OBEER GO (العملاء) وتطبيق OBEER GO Captain (الكباتن).
الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (فورية)
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
- أكّد الحذف. يُحذف الحساب فورًا.
الطريقة الثانية — بدون التطبيق
أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى support@obeergo.com بعنوان "طلب حذف حساب" مع ذكر رقم الهاتف المسجَّل والتطبيق (عميل أو كابتن). سنتحقق من ملكيتك للرقم عبر رسالة تحقق، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
- حساب الدخول (رقم الهاتف) والملف الشخصي بالكامل: الاسم والصورة ورموز الإشعارات.
- لحسابات الكباتن: تُحذف أيضًا جميع صور المستندات (الهوية، الرخص، صورة المركبة، الفيش الجنائي) وبيانات الحساب.
ما الذي يُحتفظ به مؤقتًا؟
تُحتفظ سجلات الرحلات لمدة تصل إلى 12 شهرًا لأغراض السلامة ومنع الاحتيال والالتزامات القانونية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل هويتها. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete your account and data
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Without the app
Email support@obeergo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", stating the registered phone number and which app (customer or captain). We will verify ownership of the number via a verification message and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The sign-in account (phone number) and the full profile: name, photo, and notification tokens.
- For captain accounts: all document photos (ID, licenses, vehicle photo, criminal-record certificate) and account data are deleted as well.
What is temporarily retained
Trip records are retained for up to 12 months for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized. See the Privacy Policy.
